Your Python modules will process millions of utterances monthly, directly shaping how enterprises replace rigid phone trees with conversational AI.

What they're looking for

  • 2+ years shipping production data systems, with substantial Python and pipeline architecture experience
  • Deep familiarity with speech processing, phonetics, or conversational AI datasets
  • Proven ability to measure and improve language model outputs using structured evaluation frameworks
  • Comfort working on-site in San Francisco or the South Bay with tight collaboration across applied science and product teams
  • Track record of building data infrastructure that scales from thousands to millions of daily interactions
