Senior Software Engineer

We’re building a platform that turns one of the world’s largest, least-digitized industries into a place where financial precision and field execution finally meet. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll shape features that contractors rely on every day—from dynamic cost tracking dashboards to integrated payments—working across TypeScript, React, and Node on a modern stack that’s as serious about reliability as it is about speed. You’ll partner directly with product and design, own projects end to end, and help set the technical direction of a growing engineering team. This is a chance to write software that changes how billions of dollars in construction labor gets managed, calculated, and paid.

What they're looking for

  • 4–10 years of professional software development, with deep experience in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Strong backend fluency with Express and MongoDB in production systems
  • Track record of building and shipping full stack features that handle complex business logic
  • Comfort working on fintech-adjacent or compliance-heavy products, including payment integrations like Stripe
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a hybrid, collaborative environment and takes ownership without needing a roadmap for every step
