You'll join a small, sharp team building the control plane for safe AI adoption inside large organizations. Every day, enterprises deploy models into customer-facing products, internal workflows, and decision pipelines—and the security surface area is expanding faster than anyone can map it. This platform gives security and engineering teams a single place to understand what their AI assets are doing, assess where the real threats live, and put guardrails in place that actually keep up with development velocity. As a founding product engineer, you'll shape the core application from the ground up: designing data models, building React interfaces that make complex risk data legible, and wiring it all to a Python backend that talks to models, databases, and enterprise APIs. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your decisions about architecture and user experience directly determine whether a Fortune 500 CISO sleeps better at night.
What they're looking for
- 1–5 years of professional experience building full-stack web applications, ideally in Python and modern React or Next.js
- Comfortable working end-to-end: you can design a PostgreSQL schema, expose it through a clean API, and render it in a thoughtful interface
- Demonstrated ability to ship quickly in a small-team environment where product direction is still being discovered
- Clear communication instincts—you write things down, explain tradeoffs without jargon, and treat engineering as a team sport
- Genuine curiosity about how AI systems fail and what it takes to make them trustworthy inside large organizations
