What they're looking for

  • 6+ years shipping production backend systems, with recent depth in TypeScript and modern framework ecosystems like Next.js
  • Demonstrated work on LLM-powered applications—agent loops, tool use, retrieval, or evaluation—not just API integrations
  • Track record of designing reliable systems that serve business-critical workflows, not just prototypes
