You'll embed directly with our first enterprise customers, wiring our AI agents into live Salesforce instances and FastAPI backends while debugging edge cases in real time. Some days you're pair-programming with a customer's engineering team on a React component; others you're writing Python connectors for legacy CRM data or tuning PostgreSQL schemas for multi-tenant deployments. This is hands-on systems work with immediate revenue impact—you'll see a feature you shipped at 9am running in production by 2pm.

What they're looking for

  • 2–7 years shipping production code, with substantial Python and at least one modern frontend framework like React
  • Proven track record integrating with enterprise platforms—Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM ecosystems
  • Comfortable owning the full customer technical lifecycle: discovery, implementation, and post-launch support
  • Experience with CI/CD, FastAPI or equivalent async Python frameworks, and relational database design
  • Genuine interest in AI/ML systems; you don't need a research background but you should itch to understand how agents make decisions
