Full-Stack Product Engineer

We're rebuilding the machinery behind insurance claims—replacing manual workflows and legacy software with an end-to-end platform that adjudicates and pays claims in real time. As a product engineer on a small, high-trust team, you'll shape features across the stack, from the Next.js interfaces adjusters rely on to the Node services and PostgreSQL models that automate decisions. You'll spend as much time talking to operators about bottlenecks as you will writing TypeScript, and you'll ship daily to production infrastructure you help define in Terraform and GCP. This is a London-based role where engineering choices directly move revenue and loss ratios, not just story points.

What they're looking for

  • 2–7 years building and shipping full-stack web applications with TypeScript, ideally using Next.js and Node.js in production
  • Comfortable reasoning about data models and writing performant SQL—PostgreSQL experience is a strong plus
  • A habit of taking ownership from spec to deployed feature, including cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Clear communicator who actively seeks user context and can weigh tradeoffs between speed, correctness, and business impact
  • Prior exposure to fintech, insurtech, or regulated workflows is valuable but not required—curiosity about the domain is
