In your first year, you'll spearhead the development of our autonomous AI agents for the healthcare sector. This role entails leveraging technologies such as Python and NodeJS to integrate our products seamlessly with existing healthcare workflows. Your expertise in cloud services like AWS will be pivotal in scaling our solutions, while your use of tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Prometheus will ensure system reliability and performance. Your contributions will enhance our end-to-end process, from job posting to job offer, revolutionizing the way healthcare recruitment operates.

What they're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning and applied AI in healthcare.
  • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript for back-end and front-end development.
  • Strong experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system reliability.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment and willingness to work on-site in New York when necessary
