AI Engineer
We’re building systems that give investment professionals an analytical edge they’ve never had before—turning vast, unstructured financial information into precise, verifiable answers at the moment it matters most. This team is stitching together large language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and real-time data infrastructure into a product that feels immediate and indispensable. You’ll work across the stack, from writing FastAPI services and designing vector search strategies in Python to shaping the React interfaces that analysts rely on daily. The surface area is broad and the ownership is real: you’ll deploy your own infrastructure on AWS and GCP, define schemas in Snowflake, and ship features that directly change how deals get evaluated.
What they're looking for
- 1–5 years of professional engineering experience, ideally with Python and TypeScript in production
- Comfort working across backend and frontend—FastAPI, React, and an opinion about what good API design looks like
- Hands-on familiarity with vector stores, embedding models, or RAG architectures
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and data pipelines (Snowflake, dbt, or equivalent)
- Clear communicator who thrives in a small, on-site team where engineering decisions compound quickly
