In your first year, you will streamline and optimize the collection and processing of insurance claims. You'll create scalable data pipelines to bolster an AI-driven solution that reduces human intervention in insurance claims. You’ll be the driving force behind the development of new analytical tools that provide actionable insights for medical providers.
What they're looking for
- Proven experience (4-8 years) in data engineering and analytics, with a strong background in Python and cloud-based data platforms, particularly GCP and Snowflake.
- Proficient in data infrastructure automation; Terraform expertise is a must.
- Demonstrated success in working with healthcare or insurance data, with a knack for designing and maintaining scalable data systems, migrating and building new robust solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems, coupled with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
