In your first year, you'll drive success for 4 top mortgage clients, translating their needs into custom automated solutions. You'll lean on your technical expertise in REST APIs and coding to make insurance processes smoother and more efficient. Expect to work closely with product and engineering teams to continuously improve the customer experience. This role demands a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
What they're looking for
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in technical account management or customer success roles
- Strong proficiency in REST API integration and experience with Figma for design collaboration
- Solid coding skills in NodeJS and JavaScript, with a focus on insurance or mortgage software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members alike
- Solid finance background, industry knowledge, and familiarity with insurance workflows are beneficial
