You are a pragmatic builder who prefers shipping code over debating theory and wants to define the architecture of a system that sells software without human intervention. As the first technical hire, you will construct the core logic allowing synthetic voices to qualify prospects, demonstrate live applications, and negotiate deals around the clock. This role demands deep ownership of the entire stack while solving novel challenges in real-time latency and conversational state management.
What they're looking for
- 4 to 7 years of production experience building scalable applications with TypeScript, NodeJS, and Next.js
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle real-time data streams or interactive media
- Strong aptitude for applied AI concepts including LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration
- Desire to work on-site in New York as a foundational member of a small, focused team
