In your first year, you'll revolutionize how we understand and improve our user experience, starting with optimizing our onboarding funnel with A/B tests and crafting personalized user journeys. You'll develop and deploy advanced analytics to provide clear, actionable insights that drive growth. Your work will directly impact product strategy and help to scale our API usage. Expect to collaborate deeply with product and engineering teams on highly visible, high-impact projects.

What they're looking for

  • 5-12 years of experience in growth engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful experiments and optimizations.
  • Expertise in TypeScript, NodeJS, REST API, and React/Next.js for creating and maintaining scalable growth tools.
  • Proven ability to work with data and analytics tools like Python and PostgreSQL to make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid experience with user analytics platforms such as Amplitude.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
