Senior Technical Support Engineer

Your first year will be defined by how much friction you erase. You'll step into a customer base heavy with senior platform engineers and DevOps practitioners, diagnose failures in their CI pipelines right alongside them, and build the internal tooling and documentation so those same issues rarely surface twice. This is not a queue-to-close role — you'll spend real time inside Docker containers, commit logs, and workflow files, translating hard-won debugging insights into product feedback that engineering actually ships. You'll also shape the support function itself as it scales from a small, high-trust team into a more structured operation without losing its technical edge.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years in a deeply technical support, solutions engineering, or DevOps-adjacent role where you regularly debug containerized workloads and CI/CD failures
  • Hands-on fluency with Docker, GitHub Actions or CircleCI, and enough comfort in a Unix shell to trace a process through logs without guessing
  • Experience using MongoDB or similar document databases to query, investigate, and reproduce customer-reported behaviors
  • Proven ability to write crisp internal documentation and distill recurring failure patterns into actionable product requests
  • A communication style that makes an anxious customer feel heard while keeping a thread moving toward resolution — Slack is where you live
