IT & Facilities Lead
You'll keep the physical and digital backbone of a growing marketplace humming. Monday might mean troubleshooting GCP access for a new engineer; Tuesday could involve negotiating a lease amendment for expanded SF office space. Expect to own vendor relationships, endpoint security, and the handful of React/Next.js internal tools that keep operations visible to the rest of the team. This is hands-on infrastructure work with real budget ownership in a company that doubled headcount in under two years.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years running IT and facilities for a technical, office-centric organization, ideally marketplace or platform companies
- Deep familiarity with GCP identity management, PostgreSQL basics, and modern TypeScript/React stack internals enough to triage or spec internal tools
- Proven track record negotiating with landlords, managed office providers, and IT vendors in the San Francisco market
- Experience building onboarding and offboarding workflows that balance speed for hiring managers with proper security posture
- Comfortable being the sole senior operations presence in the room, making calls without committees
