A software studio refining how quality is embedded into every layer of the build process.
Test Role
We're assembling a small, exacting QA function that treats testing as a design discipline rather than a final checkpoint. This role lives inside the engineering team, writing harnesses, designing regression suites, and building the scaffolding that catches ambiguity before it becomes a bug. You'll shape how we think about coverage, observability, and the feedback loops between code and customer experience. The work is hands-on, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that great software ships quietly.
What they're looking for
- Fluency in at least one scripting or programming language used for test automation
- Experience designing and maintaining test frameworks from scratch, not just extending existing ones
- Comfortable reading application code to trace failures and propose structural fixes
- A habit of documenting edge cases and clarifying acceptance criteria with engineering and product
- Strong opinions on what makes a test suite maintainable over multiple release cycles
