You'll embed with Fortune 500 legal departments, configuring and refining AI tools that surface risks, accelerate contract review, and reclaim hours burnt on manual drudgery. The work sits at the intersection of legal judgment and systems thinking: diagnosing workflow pain, mapping it to technical capability, and making the machinery actually serve human deliberation. Most of your weeks split between client environments—sometimes on-site in Manhattan or downtown Chicago, often remote from wherever you work best—and internal product feedback loops that shape what gets built next.
What they're looking for
- Four-plus years in legal operations, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed technical roles within enterprise settings
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex legal workflows into structured technical requirements
- Comfort navigating ambiguity with senior in-house counsel and their cross-functional partners
- Experience deploying or integrating SaaS tools across large organizations with change-averse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel periodically to client sites in major U.S. and Canadian metros
