We need an engineer who sees IT support not as a chore to automate, but as a complex reasoning problem worthy of state-of-the-art agents. You will architect the core logic that allows our systems to diagnose infrastructure issues and resolve tickets for thousands of small businesses without human intervention. This is a chance to define the technical foundation of a four-person team backed by significant seed capital, where your code directly becomes the product.
What they're looking for
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience shipping production-grade Python applications.
- Deep familiarity with building or fine-tuning large language models for agentic workflows.
- Practical understanding of IT infrastructure, networking basics, or managed service provider operations.
- Proven ability to own technical decisions from concept to deployment in a lean startup environment.
