Staff Forward Deployed AI Engineer
You'll embed directly with financial and real estate clients to turn ambiguous operational friction into hardened, production-grade AI systems. One engagement might be a multi-agent pipeline that reconciles lease abstracts against Salesforce records; the next could be a reasoning layer over unstructured portfolio data that surfaces investment signals no spreadsheet catches. This is a hybrid engineering and strategy role — you'll write Python and orchestrate LLM calls one hour, then whiteboard trade-offs with a CFO the next. You won't just ship features; you'll define what gets built, stand it up inside a customer's cloud footprint, and stay close enough to the outcome to hear what broke and what printed money.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years building and shipping production software, with at least 2 years working directly with external clients in a forward-deployed, solutions, or post-sales engineering capacity
- Deep fluency in Python and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including hands-on experience with REST API design and LLM orchestration tools such as LangChain
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise systems like Salesforce — extracting, transforming, and actioning data that lives inside a customer's existing stack
- Comfortable operating across the full lifecycle of an AI engagement: scoping a business case, designing an architecture, writing the code, measuring the ROI, and iterating based on field feedback
- Strong communication instincts — you can lead a technical deep-dive and switch registers to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders without losing precision
