Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Product
We’re rethinking how companies move, store, and manage money—combining traditional financial rails with newer primitives across crypto and AI. As a product engineer on a small, high-autonomy team, you’ll own full-stack features end to end: designing data models in PostgreSQL, building API surfaces in TypeScript and Next.js, and crafting responsive interfaces with React and Tailwind. You’ll sit feet from users, shape roadmap decisions directly, and ship work that tangibly changes how businesses access and deploy capital. The problems are deep, the domain is complex, and we prize engineers who care about getting both the system design and the interaction details right.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years building production web applications with TypeScript, React, and a relational database like PostgreSQL
- Comfortable working across the stack—from database schema design and API architecture to polished frontend UI
- Strong product intuition and a habit of anchoring technical decisions in user impact
- Experience or genuine curiosity in fintech, payments, treasury, or crypto infrastructure
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco and work on-site five days a week
