This company builds AI that lifts that burden, so practices can see more patients without asking providers to work longer. As a product engineer, you'll own features end to end, from Postgres schema to Next.js interface, shipping the workflows that decide whether a patient gets seen this week or next quarter.
What they're looking for
- 2–5 years shipping production software with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js
- Comfortable across the stack: PostgreSQL data modeling, typed RPC APIs, and AWS infrastructure
- Bias toward ownership: you scope problems, pick tools, and see features through to real users
- Interest in healthcare problems and the patience to build carefully where the stakes are clinical
- Based in (or willing to work hybrid from) the New York metro area
