You are a leader who finds clarity in the chaos of high-volume transaction systems and understands that milliseconds matter when stopping financial crime. In this role, you will guide a distributed team building the resilient core services that power identity decisions for major lenders and insurers. Your work directly shapes the architecture protecting billions in assets while enabling seamless user experiences across the financial ecosystem.

What they're looking for

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading teams in fintech or cybersecurity.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems using Go, Python, or similar backend languages within cloud-native environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling data-intensive platforms handling sensitive PII and real-time risk assessments.
  • Strong command of modern infrastructure tools including Docker, AWS, and observability platforms like Amplitude.
