Healthcare administration buries providers in manual, repetitive tasks that drain time and money. You will architect the core backend systems that allow computer-use AI agents to reliably execute real-world workflows. This means designing robust infrastructure from the ground up, translating unstructured medical processes into deterministic agent behaviors. Your code will directly pull the industry out of its paper-pushed purgatory.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience shipping production systems
- Proficiency across several of our core languages: Go, Rust, Java, Kotlin, NodeJS, or TypeScript
- Strong grasp of relational databases like PostgreSQL and containerization using Docker
- Experience building on GCP and designing infrastructure for AI-driven applications
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco and thrive in a small, focused team
