As a Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex agentic AI capabilities and the distinct operational realities of Toronto's real estate market. You will translate intricate technical architecture into tangible value, guiding enterprise clients through tailored solutions that actually fix broken housing logistics.

What they're looking for

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or a comparable client-facing architecture role
  • Deep operational fluency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira for mapping client workflows and integrations
  • Proven ability to articulate enterprise B2B software value propositions to both technical operators and executive buyers
  • Willingness to be on-site in Toronto, collaborating directly with local property management teams
