You are the architect who treats regulatory rigor as a competitive advantage, not a checkpoint. In this role, you will embed compliance directly into the fabric of autonomous hardware systems used in critical defense and industrial applications. Your work ensures that complex AI-driven manufacturing platforms meet the strictest federal standards before they ever reach the factory floor.

What they're looking for

  • Seven or more years leading quality assurance and compliance strategies for hardware or defense systems.
  • Deep familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, and federal manufacturing regulations.
  • Proven track record of integrating compliance workflows into AI and robotics development lifecycles.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, focused team building foundational infrastructure.
