Technicians in data centers, energy grids, and aerospace still rely on bulky manuals and fragmented screens while working hands-on in high-stakes environments. We are deploying agentic vision-language models directly onto smart glasses to give these workers an always-on, context-aware assistant right in their line of sight. As a founding engineer, you will architect the core software stack that bridges edge hardware with massive cloud infrastructure, shaping the product from its earliest days.

What they're looking for

  • 1 to 4 years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in Python, TypeScript, or C/C++
  • Comfort building across the stack, fromREST APIs and PostgreSQL databases to Dockerized cloud deployments on AWS or GCP
  • Ability to own entire features end-to-end in a highly collaborative, early-stage environment
  • Interest in low-level systems, demonstrated through Rust proficiency or a willingness to master it
  • Based in San Francisco and able to work on-site full-time
