What they're looking for

  • 2-4 years shipping production backend systems in Rust, C, or C++
  • Deep comfort with REST API design, including idempotency keys, rate-limiting strategies, and circuit breakers
  • Hands-on experience containerizing services with Docker and deploying to edge or cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with crypto/fintech primitives: order books, custody workflows, or settlement mechanics
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco with a tight-knit engineering team
