We need a builder who sees circuit design as the backbone of national security, not just a checklist item. You will architect the electrical systems for our proprietary simulation rigs that validate hardware talent for defense and robotics partners. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define the physical infrastructure of a new hiring standard from day one.
What they're looking for
- 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience designing PCBs and embedded systems for hardware or robotics.
- Proven track record taking electrical architectures from concept through prototype in a startup or R&D setting.
- Deep familiarity with safety standards and testing protocols relevant to defense or industrial manufacturing.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid San Francisco environment with a lean, mission-driven team.
