Within your first year, you'll architect scalable systems that will power our AI-driven marketplace platform, address and improve performance issues in our existing stack, and collaborate with our data teams to fine-tune our matching algorithms. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate their needs and build tools that expedite successful placements.

  • Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with React and Next.js framework.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL for building and optimizing database systems.
  • 1 to 7 years of experience in a product engineering role, with a strong portfolio of shipped projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to design and implement scalable systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco with a collaborative team.
