Clinical trials routinely stall because finding and enrolling the right patients takes months. As a founding engineer here, you will architect and ship the full stack of an AI platform that cuts through that bottleneck, directly moving therapies to patients faster. You will shape the product from the earliest technical decisions, working closely with the founders to build out the core system from the ground up.

What they're looking for

  • 1 to 6 years of software engineering experience with a strong grasp of full stack development.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with practical experience in Next.js.
  • Hands-on skills with infrastructure tools like Terraform, AWS, and Docker.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment in San Francisco five days a week.
  • Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or applied AI.
