You'll embed directly with enterprise customers to ship AI-driven workflows that eliminate manual coordination in freight, procurement, and inventory planning. One morning you're debugging a Django API bottleneck delaying a customs-clearance pipeline; by afternoon you're whiteboarding a React dashboard with a client's ops team to surface Exceptions before they cascade. We build with Python, TypeScript, and Rust, run on AWS/GCP/Azure depending on the customer's stack, and move fast with tight feedback loops across eleven people.
What they're looking for
- 3–6 years building production software, with recent hands-on work in Python and at least one modern frontend framework
- Demonstrated comfort owning customer-facing implementations end-to-end: discovery, integration, launch, post-live tuning
- Experience with distributed systems tooling—message queues, caching layers, container orchestration—in cloud environments
- Fluency translating ambiguous operational requirements into working software, ideally within logistics or similarly constrained domains
- Willingness to be in the New York metro area two to three days weekly for onsite collaboration with the team and visiting customers
