You are the engineer who sees voice and text not as separate channels, but as a unified conversation waiting to be automated. Working on-site in New York, you will architect the core systems that manage complex family lifecycles using agents capable of switching seamlessly between SMS, email, and voice. This is a chance to define the technical foundation of a product where AI directly impacts how families engage with enrichment programs.

What they're looking for

  • 3 to 8 years of experience building production applications with NodeJS, TypeScript, and React.
  • Demonstrated skill integrating LLMs and multi-modal interfaces using tools like OpenAI.
  • Proficiency with full-stack frameworks such as Next.js and Express alongside data stores like Redis.
  • Ability to own system architecture from initial concept through deployment in an early-stage environment.
