You'll embed directly with customers across the UK and EU, untangling their worst operational knots. One week you're bridging a legacy ERP with a modern logistics stack via Python; the next you're debugging a brittle phone-integration webhook in TypeScript. Your job is making things flow that were never designed to connect. Most of your peers have never seen systems this patched-together, this critical, this stuck.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years shipping production code in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with scars from integrating systems that refuse to talk nicely
  • Demonstrated ability to build against REST APIs in environments where documentation is sparse, outdated, or nonexistent
  • Comfort joining customer calls, reading between lines of business requirements, and translating vague pain into working automation
  • Track record owning issues end-to-end: you debug, patch, deploy, and verify without waiting for permission
  • Legally authorized to work in the UK or EU; fluent in English and comfortable with occasional timezone-bridging collaboration
