You will lead the software engineering organization responsible for our core platform, steering architecture decisions across our full stack and scaling the systems that bring version control and continuous integration to physical product development.

What they're looking for

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with proven leadership scaling engineering organizations.
  • Deep technical fluency across our stack: Go, TypeScript, Vue, Rust, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Strong operational background with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
  • Experience guiding technical strategy at a growth-stage developer tools company.
  • Track record of recruiting, retaining, and mentoring high-caliber engineering talent.
