The work spans conversational AI interfaces, real-time browser automation, and sales analytics dashboards that show how synthetic agents perform against human reps. Expect to ship daily across Next.js frontends, Node services orchestrating call pipelines, and Postgres schemas tracking deal states through voice-driven workflows.

What they're looking for

  • 2–5 years shipping production TypeScript/JavaScript across React and Node.js environments
  • Track record building in early-stage settings where you defined scope and validated with users directly
  • Comfort with data modeling in relational databases and reasoning about state machines in async systems
  • Experience debugging latency-sensitive, real-time applications—bonus if involving audio, WebRTC, or browser automation
  • Written communication sharp enough to spec features teammates can build from without excessive back-and-forth
