AI platform unifying R&D workflows for the world's largest materials and life sciences manufacturers.
Partner Implementation Manager
We're building a shared operating system that lets formulation scientists, polymer engineers, and biologics researchers design experiments, capture structured data, and deploy predictive models—all in one place. The biggest names in chemicals, coatings, and advanced materials already run their labs on this platform, and our partner ecosystem is how that footprint multiplies. As Partner Implementation Manager, you'll own the technical bridge between our AI-native R&D engine and the consulting firms and systems integrators who bring it into production at global scale. You'll scope joint projects, write integration scripts in Python, train partner teams on our scientific data model, and shape the repeatable playbooks that turn one-off collaborations into durable revenue streams. This is a hybrid role anchored in either New York or London, reporting into our partnerships group but working shoulder-to-shoulder with research engineers and applied scientists.
What they're looking for
- 2–5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or partner enablement within enterprise B2B software
- Fluent in Python for data manipulation, API scripting, and light automation—enough to prototype integrations and troubleshoot partner code
- Comfortable learning scientific domain concepts (e.g., experimental design, formulation, high-throughput screening) and translating them for technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent partner engagements, balancing hands-on delivery with the creation of reusable documentation and training materials
- Clear, direct communicator who can align internal product and science teams with external partner priorities without losing the thread on either side
