Within your first year, you'll spearhead the creation of sophisticated reinforcement learning models that dramatically elevate the accuracy and coherence of AI-generated content. Your work will lay the groundwork for future innovations in user-driven AI design, helping to refine AI responses based on real-time feedback. This role calls for hands-on engineering, not just theoretical research. Given that the company is relatively new, you'll have a direct impact on the product, and you'll report to a small team.
What they're looking for
- Proven experience as an AI engineer with a strong background in reinforcement learning and Pytorch
- 2-7 years of practical work experience in applied AI.
- A strong foundation in Python and a solid grasp of deep learning techniques.
- Experience with evaluation and optimization of AI models in real-world applications.
- Based in San Francisco and able to work on-site.
