Lead IT Administrator
We're building a platform that changes how accounting professionals work—giving them AI teammates that handle the grind so they can focus on judgment and client relationships. As the first dedicated IT lead, you'll own the backbone of a 120-person organization: device management, identity and access, SaaS provisioning, network reliability, and the physical infrastructure of our New York office. This isn't a ticket queue role; you'll design the policies, select the tooling, and set the standard for how a fast-scaling AI company handles internal operations. You'll work closely with engineering and security to make sure our own house is as thoughtfully architected as the product we ship.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in IT administration or systems engineering, with at least 2 years owning the full stack for a company of 75+ people
- Deep experience with identity and access management (Okta, Entra ID, or equivalent), MDM (Jamf, Intune), and SaaS lifecycle management
- Comfortable designing and maintaining office networks—firewalls, switches, access points, and VPN—for a hybrid-onsite workforce
- Scripting fluency in Python or Bash for automation and integrations across IT tooling
- A clear communicator who can write runbooks, train new hires during onboarding, and partner with security on device posture and access reviews
