You'll spend your mornings debugging Python data pipelines that feed directly into customer Salesforce instances, then afternoons prototyping retrieval architectures for agents that reason across messy real-world records. As the third person on the team, your commits ship to production by dinner. We're less than a year old and already have paying B2B pilots—this is the moment to set patterns that scale.
What they're looking for
- Strong Python, with experience building systems that push or pull data from CRM platforms like Salesforce
- 1-5 years shipping production code, preferably in a data-heavy or ML-adjacent environment
- Comfortable working from first principles when documentation doesn't exist—our problems are under-explored
- Genuine preference for in-person collaboration in San Francisco; our early rhythm depends on it
- Intellectual curiosity about how language models behave when grounded in structured, incomplete enterprise data
