Building the AI operating system for American manufacturing.

Forward Deployed Integration Engineer

DenverOn-site$140K - $175K3 - 7 years
American factories produce mountains of operational data, yet very little of it actually informs decisions on the shop floor. As a forward deployed integration engineer, you will bridge that gap by embedding directly at customer sites to connect legacy hardware and fragmented data streams into a unified system. Your work translating physical plant realities into reliable software integrations will dictate whether the AI layer functions as a gimmick or a genuine operational backbone.

What they're looking for

  • 3 to 7 years of experience integrating, debugging, or supporting technical systems in manufacturing, hardware, or defense environments
  • Willingness to work on-site in Denver or Seattle, directly alongside plant operators and engineers
  • A practical grasp of how legacy industrial machinery communicates and how to extract value from its data
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous customer environments to scope, build, and troubleshoot complex solutions from the ground up
