Founding GTM Engineer

This three-person team is building the connective tissue between AI agents and enterprise cloud deployments. As the first GTM hire, you'll engineer growth experiments, automate prospecting pipelines, and build internal tooling that turns technical conversations into revenue. Your code ships directly to sales outcomes—no waiting room, no borrowed interest, just measurable impact on a product that changes how companies think about AI delivery.

What they're looking for

  • 2-8 years shipping code in TypeScript or Python, with at least one stint where you measured your work in revenue or qualified leads, not just commits
  • Hands-on experience automating workflows across Slack, Git, and cloud infrastructure tools like Kubernetes or Terraform
  • Sharp written communication—you can draft a technical blog post, a cold outbound sequence, and a partner integration doc without changing personas
  • Comfortable in ambiguous early-stage environments where you design the playbook, not follow one
  • Willing to travel occasionally to customer sites across major US metros; fully remote friendly otherwise
