We're designing precision instruments that bring reproducibility and scale to life science workflows. As a mechanical engineer here, you'll own hardware subsystems from concept through deployment—designing fixtures, fluidic interfaces, and motion stages that interact with delicate biological samples. The lab is your test floor, where rapid prototyping and real-world feedback cycles shape every revision. Your work will directly influence how new therapeutics are discovered by giving scientists tools that feel invisible in their reliability.

What they're looking for

  • 1–7 years of mechanical design experience, ideally with mechatronic or fluid-handling systems
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and a portfolio of designs that moved from prototype to production
  • Comfortable running your own bench tests, analyzing failure modes, and iterating without a dedicated technician
  • Understanding of design for manufacturing, including experience with CNC machining, sheet metal, and injection-molded parts
  • Curiosity about biology or prior exposure to regulated environments (medical device, lab automation, or life sciences)
