In your first year, you will design and implement data pipelines to feed synthetic data to AI agents. Your contributions will directly shape the technology and set the foundation for our AI training systems. You will write Python code and collaborate daily with researchers and engineers on the groundbreaking project.

- Proficient in Python with a strong background in AI/ML research
- Experience with reinforcement learning in synthetic data environments
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team
- Expertise in simulator infrastructure and constructing data pipelines
- 0-6 years of relevant research experience
