Most weeks you'll move between a Go service that provisions workloads on Kubernetes, a React dashboard where customers watch their deployments land, and a design doc arguing over how a new capability should actually behave. This is a product engineering seat on the expansion team: your job is widening what the platform can do, from the database schema in Postgres to the Terraform that keeps the plumbing honest. You'll own features end to end at a company of roughly a hundred people, which means the distance between an idea and a customer using it is short and mostly under your control. The team skews senior and the technical debates are real ones.
What they're looking for
- 11+ years building production software, with depth in Go or another systems language and comfort across the stack
- Track record of shipping customer-facing features in infrastructure, devtools, or a comparably technical product area
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform or similar)
- Strong product instincts: you ask what a feature is for before asking how to build it
- Based in one of our hub metros (NYC, SF Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Austin, or Denver) or remote within the US
