You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with analysts and operators in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, embedding directly where the work happens. Most days you'll debug Python pipelines under tight deadlines, tune PostgreSQL queries handling classified data streams, and ship React interfaces that analysts actually want to use. When AWS regions hiccup at 2 AM, you're the one who gets them breathing again. This is engineering without the safety net of a staging environment—you build, you deploy, you fix it live.
What they're looking for
- Active TS/SCI clearance and 4-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and React with production systems at scale
- Deep comfort with PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS infrastructure under load
- Demonstrated success working directly with government or military customers
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area
