What they're looking for

  • 4 to 6 years of software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
  • Proven ability to translate complex, messy client requirements into functional technical solutions.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, client-facing environments where you own the outcome.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, HR tech, or regulated data environments.
