Founding Principal Full Stack Engineer

Independent therapists are buried in operational overhead while trying to focus on patient care. As the founding full stack engineer, you will architect the platform that pulls practice data into clear, real-time analytics and automates the back-office burden. You will set the technical foundation for the entire product, working directly with the founding team to translate complex healthcare workflows into elegant, scalable code.

What they're looking for

  • 5-10 years of software engineering experience with strong full stack capabilities
  • Deep production experience with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL
  • Comfortable owning cloud infrastructure on AWS and containerization with Docker
  • Prior founding or early-stage engineering experience building products from zero to one
  • Based in New York and willing to work on-site five days a week
