You are an engineer who finds deep satisfaction in building the rigorous testing frameworks that allow autonomous systems to operate safely within complex hardware design flows. In this role, you will architect the evaluation harnesses that stress-test agentic workflows against real-world semiconductor engineering challenges, ensuring reliability before deployment. Your code will serve as the critical gatekeeper, measuring performance and safety for AI models that design the next generation of processors.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience building evaluation infrastructure or testing frameworks for complex software systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python and TypeScript with a focus on scalability and robustness.
- Familiarity with semiconductor design flows, EDA tools, or hardware verification methodologies.
- Proven track record of designing metrics and benchmarks for autonomous agents or LLM applications.
- Ability to work on-site in the South Bay Area alongside a specialized engineering team.
