In your first year, you'll architect reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure to support cutting-edge AI advancements. You'll complement the team’s expertise to design and implement evaluation protocols and safeguards, ensuring our systems are rigorous and legally compliant. You’ll also shepherd a collaborative culture where your engineering leadership sparks innovation, ensuring AI agents are trustworthy. You will focus on both the technical details and the big strategies that impact the trajectory of the team.
What they're looking for
- 5-10 years in engineering leadership or research in AI, focusing on security, finance, or law.
- Exceptionally skilled in Python, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and related tech.
- Deep experience in monitoring and managing infrastructure using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams in a startup environment.
- Passion for AI safety and keen understanding of regulatory compliance in financial and legal sectors.
