In your first year, you'll be the linchpin between our cutting-edge AI agents and healthcare clients' unique needs, ensuring seamless integration and reliable performance. Your expertise in both software development and client support will enable you to troubleshoot complex issues and innovate alongside a small, tight-knit team. This role will have you diving deep into healthcare operations, optimizing workflows, and sharpening our AI's capabilities to enhance efficiency.

What they're looking for

  • Proven experience (2-6 years) in software development with a strong portfolio in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, GCP, and Docker, with experience in C/C++ and Go a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a background in client support or solutions engineering
  • Willingness to travel for client deployments and on-site support in the New York area
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site client interactions with remote development tasks
