Orchestrating a hundred thousand agents is useless if the infrastructure collapses on contact with a live enterprise environment. You will bridge that gap—working side-by-side with early customers to untangle edge cases, harden deployments, and turn brittle proof-of-concepts into reliable systems. This is not a support ticket queue; it is a foundational role defining how autonomous AI actually gets adopted in the wild.
What they're looking for
- 2 to 6 years in solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or a technical customer success capacity.
- Comfortable digging into live integration issues one minute and translating technical constraints to a client executive the next.
- Prior experience deploying B2B software into complex enterprise environments.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.
